  • How do I delete my account ? Login, go to My Account, click the Account Details link then scroll to the bottom of the address information form to find [Delete Account]. All of your account information, post comments, purchases and subscription access will be removed from the site.
  • Why THM 7 1/2 minute fitness? With THM 7 1/2 minute fitness you feel like it may be doable to start out with a 7 1/2 minute commitment. Have you heard of the term “move it or lose it”?
  • What is included in subscription? Your subscription includes access to all pack workouts and managing workout functionality.
  • What is a pack and what are they? A pack is a 7 1/2 minute workout. The current packs are: Warm-up/Balance, Barre, Core/Lower Back, Hip-Hop, Arms/Upper Back/Chest, Butte/Legs, Cool Down/Stretch.
  • How does thehayesmovement site work?
  • Can I workout with my TV, Tablet, Phone? Video streaming is available of most modern PC and mobile devices. Broadcasting to TVs is possible by connecting your mobile device wirelessly or wired.
  • Who is THM 7 1/2 minute fitness target audience? The packs are designed for people of all sizes, shapes and ages that like a doable, sustainable and more creative style combining dance and fitness while paying attention to the body at different stages of life.
  • How many workouts can I design weekly?
  • How often are there new packs? There are new packs added weekly.
  • Do I need equipment? The packs do not require any equipment mainly we use bodyweight. You may want at least a mat for floor work, chair for barre work and bottle for water breaks. Feel free to use whatever you need for your own situation, listen to your body.
  • What should I wear? I believe in wearing what makes you feel good about yourself. Mainly comfortable clothes you can move in. Some packs do mention shoes or barefoot appropriately.
  • What order should I workout with packs? It is totally up to you depending on your schedule, how your body is feeling etc. If you can I at least recommend warm-up/balance and cool down/ stretch in that order.
  • How many packs should I include in my first workout playlist? I recommend starting with a smaller goal then moving on from there. Small changes over a long period of time produces lasting results.
  • How much does subscription cost? A monthly subscription to THM 7 1/2 fitness is FREE. You can cancel at anytime.
  • What is 55 Plus FAI? FAI stands for Functional Aging Institute. As a certified Functional Aging Group Specialist, we follow the 6 domains of physical function which include movements to ensure your longevity is as healthy as possible. We focus on movements that will allow you to continue to enjoy your quality of life for as long as possible.
